A part of a wood factory complex near my place, made by hand.
Process:
Photos of the object on site for reference. Textures are from the original. Some textures are procedural. like the roof and glass material.

Process:
Photos of the object on site for reference; all is modelled « by hand » on a period of 2 weeks, then another 2 weeks for adjusting procedural textures.

Mainly worked for Cycle render.
The shader’s nodes let you tweak all textures via Color Ramps and RGB Nodes. Just be careful to not screw it all up. It happens quickly.
